A reminder to everyone: South Australia is getting a new shellfish reef. So, if you are passionate about our marine environment, fishing, diving or local jobs and want to see a reef here in our local waters, make sure your voice is heard. Three locations are under consideration:
1. Glenelg, between the Glenelg jetty and West Beach boat ramp
2. O’Sullivan Beach, between Christie’s Beach and O’Sullivan Beach boat ramp
3. Port Noarlunga, between the PN jetty and the Onkaparinga River mouth (within the Encounter Marine Park Port Noarlunga Sanctuary Zone).
